JUNIOR GOLF ACADEMY SCHEDULE FOR 2026!
WINTER SEMESTER
- Starts the week of Feb19th.
- Thursday night classes at 4PM & 5PM
- Play days will continue to be Saturday Mornings at 7:45AM.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE JUNIOR ACADEMY
- We use the MYPGA app as our tool to communicate with each semester. So be sure to download the app and have your notifications turned on.
- The cost for each semester will be $240 a player. Each play day has a $10 cart fee that includes range balls.
- Practices on Thursday are assigned by skill level. We have 2 class times based on which level they have completed with the on course portion of the program.
- 25, 50 yards will be at 4PM
- 100, 150, & 200 yards will be at 5 PM
- Coach Justin will be continuing his leadership role with the program. Coach Matt will still be around for playdays and most classes. Coach Matt will also oversee establishing the lesson plans for each semester.

PGA Junior League Teams
We will have 2 teams again consisting of a 13U and 17U. Our 17U team has a new opportunity that just started last year with the National Championship becoming a possibility in the post season. Our 17U team thus far has either won or been the runner up in the Regional Tournament every year since the inception of 17U.
DETAILS
- 13U Ages 9-13 years old.
- 17U Ages 14-17 years old.
PRACTICES
- Will be held on Saturday mornings. 17U at 8AM and 13U at 9AM
- Practices Start May 23rd and will run until July 18th.
MATCHES
- At this point in time, dates are TBD. However, in years past most matches start around 4PM on weekday nights.
- We usually host every team in the league at Indian Hills and play at their facility once.
POST SEASON
- It starts at the end of July and will run through September if the team continues to win.
- 13U is usually determined by those who are aging out of the team and have shown the leadership and ability to play at a post season level.
- 17U has traditionally been done by a playoff and teams are sorted by 9-hole score.
Next steps for the competitive Junior
For the last few years Coach Matt has operated an Elite program designed to help the competitive golfer win and play at the next level, college. This program spans the month of January through July (7 months).
Some requirements for the program include:
- Carrying a competitive individual schedule (SNEDS, Mid South, Hurricane Tour, AJGA, etc). Playing on high school and middle school teams can be accepted provided they are willing to start playing individual events.
- Age 12 years and older
- Willingness to work.
The program includes
- Weekly group practices
- Workouts from January through March
- Monthly sport psychology lessons
- Private lessons (including 6 months of advanced booking)
Coach Matt has assembled a team of coaches to help with this program.

- Coach Justin Young – Group practices
Cost of the program is $300/month from January through July.
